14 years of married bliss, with some occasional agony thrown in for good measure. 14 years ago today, JB and I tied the knot in Las Vegas @ the chapel in the Flamingo Hilton. It was a great time - friends and family along for the ride.
Before we finally got married, we lived together for 5 years. Which means I've been with my sweet, sweet husband for almost my entire adult life.
Today, we'll celebrate by packing up the family's bags so we can get ourselves to NY (NJ, actually) to watch my bro-in-law marry this weekend. I guess that's kind of the circle of life, no?
God help us, here's to 40 more years of marriage. By then you won't be able to tell us apart.

Congrats! We celebrated 15 years in Feb and also lived together for a long time before...and we even had a destination wedding like you. See? You and I are doin' it right!
